My Asset Is Not Showing: How to Add or Remove Coins in Trust Wallet
Trust Wallet supports millions of assets across 109+ blockchains. By default, the wallet displays BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ethereum), and BNB (BNB Chain). If an asset you're looking for isn't showing, it may simply need to be enabled — or added as a custom token.
This guide covers:
Adding a coin or token from the built-in list
Adding a custom token not found in search
Hiding or removing unwanted assets
1. Adding a Coin or Token
If your asset isn't visible on the home screen, follow these steps to enable it:
On the wallet home screen, scroll to the bottom and tap Manage crypto
On the Manage crypto screen, type the asset's name in the Search bar or scroll through the list
When you find the asset, tap the toggle on the right to enable it — it will now appear on your home screen
Filtering by network for faster search:
If the asset list is long, narrow results by network:
Tap All Networks at the top of the Manage crypto screen
Select the network your asset is on — for example, Ethereum or BNB Chain. A checkmark will appear next to the selected network.
The search results will now show only tokens available on the selected network
📋 Note: If you still can't find the token after searching and filtering by network, it may not yet be listed in Trust Wallet's database. In that case, add it as a custom token — see Section 2 below.
2. Adding a Custom Token
If a token doesn't appear in search results, Trust Wallet allows you to add it manually using its contract address (a unique identifier assigned to a token on its blockchain).
⚠️ Important: Always verify the contract address from an official source before adding a custom token. Incorrect or fraudulent contract addresses can result in adding fake tokens to your wallet.
For full instructions, follow the step-by-step guide to adding a custom token in Trust Wallet.
3. Hiding or Removing Unwanted Assets
If your wallet is cluttered with zero-balance tokens or suspicious assets received through dusting attacks (unsolicited token airdrops sent to your address to track your activity), you can hide them:
On the wallet home screen, scroll to the bottom and tap Manage crypto
Find the asset you want to hide
Tap the toggle next to it and slide it to the left to disable it — the asset will no longer appear on your home screen
📋 Note: Hiding a token from your home screen does not delete it from the blockchain or remove it from your wallet. You can re-enable it at any time by following the same steps and toggling it back on.
